Juan Santiago | President
In 1999, Juan Santiago, co-founder of Santex Group Corp., had the vision to create an organization based on the highest business standards and ethics. He attended Business and Law School at the National University of Córdoba in Argentina.
Juan works with the conviction that success is the result of constant effort in improving existing processes. He believes what we do well today can always be improved. It is that pursuit of improvement that motivates us to continue to grow.
Under Juan's leadership, Santex currently serves more than 100 clients around the world. We have been awarded 11 international prizes and maintain 98% client retention. The company develops in more than 21 languages with teams working in 3 countries.
Juan believes that all is negotiable, except family, ethics, quality, integrity and respect.
According to Juan, the future is today, and those organizations that share the same human and business values are the future.
Annett Koegler | Vice President
Co-founder of Santex Group Corp., Annett Koegler is the model of quality and an invaluable contributor to the company's business culture. Her meticulous approach to the development process has served as a guide and benchmark for all team members. Annett attended business school at the Technical University Berlin and computer classes at the FH Hof, Germany.
Annett firmly believes dedication and professionalism should be applied throughout the development process. Her objective is to ensure a quality experience for each client, which she accomplishes by implementing world-class procedures every step of the way.
Annett believes ordinary people are capable of producing extraordinary things. She does not settle for less than absolute perfection.
Alfonso Santiago | Director of Operations
Alfonso Santiago joined the company in 2004 after graduating as an industrial engineer from UCC Córdoba-Argentina.
Alfonso is the Director of Operations for the state-of-the-art software development facility located in Córdoba. He assures all projects are delivered on time and on budget. His mission is to create the best team of engineers working toward excellence and continuous improvement. He is a key contributor to the company's 98% client retention rate.
Brothers Alfonso and Juan share similar convictions and business vision, which have resulted in solid results and dependable solutions for their clients.
Steve Schindler | Director of Executive Development
In 2003, Steve Schindler collaborated with Santex to jointly market traditional and interactive services to their respective marketing communications clientele. As a business owner and brand development specialist, Steve quickly recognized the strength and value of the Santex business model and formally joined Santex Standard in 2005.
Steve has broad experience taking business concepts to market. He holds degrees in marketing and public relations from San Diego State University and an international marketing diploma from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Steve is a lateral thinker, frequently solving problems with out-of-the-box solutions. He believes that anything is possible with effort, commitment and intelligence, and rarely settles for anything less.
When Steve isn't working you can find him juggling a soccer ball with his children or on his road bike training for his next amateur cycling event.
